Construction Certificate

  1. Obtain your Development Consent from your local Council.

  2. Apply to T.W.B.A. for a quotation to issue the Construction Certificate, act as the P.C and issue the Occupation Certificate.

  3. Appoint T.W.B.A. as the Registered Certifier (issue the Construction Certificate) and the P.C (carry out Mandatory Inspections and issue the Occupation Certificate) and obtain all documents on checklist that is provided upon appointment.

  4. Within one (1) week of submission of complete Construction Certificate Application, T.W.B.A. will determine the Application.

  5. Mandatory Inspections are carried out by T.W.B.A. throughout the construction process.

  6. Within one (1) week of submission of completed Occupation Certificate Application, T.W.B.A. will determine the Application.

Complying Development Certificate

  1. Obtain your Section 10.7 Planning Certificate from your local Council.

  2. Apply to T.W.B.A. for a quotation to issue the Complying Development Certificate, act as the P.C and issue the Occupation Certificate.

  3. Appoint T.W.B.A. as the Consent Authority (issue the Complying Development Certificate) and the P.C (carry out Mandatory Inspections and issue the Occupation Certificate) and obtain all documents on checklist that is provided upon appointment.

  4. Within twenty (20) days of submission of complete Complying Development Certificate Application, T.W.B.A. will determine the Application.

  5. Mandatory Inspections are carried out by T.W.B.A. throughout the construction process.

  6. Within one (1) week of submission of completed Occupation Certificate Application, T.W.B.A. will determine the Application.
